The apartment sits on the 18th floor of the Opera District, the quietest corner of Downtown Dubai: Dubai Opera is two minutes away on foot, The Dubai Mall and the fountain promenade about ten. It is a licensed holiday home — a real apartment with a full kitchen, a washing machine and a living room, with the cleaning and the personal check-in you would expect from a hotel apartment.
