Apartments with a Burj Khalifa View

The view is the reason people choose Downtown. All eight Russelior residences face the Burj Khalifa — most of them with the Dubai Fountain below — and we are careful to say exactly what you see from each one, from the 8th floor to the 45th.

Fountain and tower from the living room

Residence II in Grande Signature (8th floor) is the one where you watch the fountain show from the sofa; the balcony is optional. Residence I (18th floor) and Residence III (43rd floor) add height and the skyline behind the tower.

Act One 1604 and Act Two 3809 look at the Burj Khalifa, the fountain and Dubai Opera from two balconies each; the 38th floor adds the Business Bay skyline. Downtown Views 3105 frames the full tower and the lake from the Zabeel side. Forte 4507 has floor-to-ceiling glass on the 45th floor.

New Year's Eve and the fountain show

The Burj Khalifa fireworks on 31 December are visible from all our apartments, and the fountain plays every evening from 6 PM. These dates book many months ahead — the direct calendar on each apartment page shows live availability.

Photos are the real apartments

The photos on every apartment page are of the actual apartment, taken by us; the view photos were taken from its balcony. Guests regularly tell us the view is better than in the pictures — but never the other way round.
