Apartments for Large Families and Groups in Dubai

Three generations on one trip, a group of friends for New Year, a company team for a week: this is what four-bedroom holiday homes are for. Russelior has four of them in Downtown Dubai, sleeping 10, 12 and 14 guests, each with a real kitchen and a table everyone fits around.

Who sleeps where

Act One 1604 and Act Two 3809 (14 guests): king, queen, a bedroom with two double beds, a fourth bedroom with a double bed, plus two double-size sofa beds in the living room; four bathrooms. Forte 4507 (12 guests): four bedrooms and eight beds on the 45th floor. Downtown Views 3105 (10 guests, ideal for 5 adults and 5 children): three bedrooms plus a bunk-bed room, with the bridge to The Dubai Mall.

We say what is small as well as what is big: the fourth bedroom in the Act towers has no window, the bunk room in Downtown Views has no AC vent (we add a cooling tower). You know before you book.

Cheaper than hotel rooms, more comfortable too

Four connecting hotel rooms in Downtown Dubai are rarely available and never cheaper than one apartment. In a holiday home you also save on breakfast (full kitchen), laundry (washing machine) and parking (two free spaces). Stays of a week or more include a free mid-stay cleaning; monthly stays a weekly one.

Things families ask us

Baby cot and high chair: free, on request. Pools: all four buildings have one; the Act towers also have a children's pool and Forte a play area. Check-in: at any hour, in person, with help for the luggage. Groceries: Carrefour and Waitrose in The Dubai Mall, and delivery apps bring everything to the door.
