A full-floor, four-bedroom residence on the 16th floor of Act One Act Two, directly beneath the Burj Khalifa with uninterrupted views of the fountain and Dubai Opera. Seven beds and two sofa beds make it the portfolio's choice for large families and groups of up to fourteen.
Instead of booking four hotel rooms, a family or a group of friends shares one home: a kitchen with a gas hob and a large dining table, two balconies, a laundry, and four bathrooms. The building has a pool, a separate children's pool and a gym, and The Dubai Mall is a kilometre away — a 10 to 15 minute walk.

From 3:00 PM, and 24/7 at no extra cost: our team meets you in the lobby at any hour. Early check-in is free whenever nobody checks out the same day; otherwise we confirm one or two days before and keep your luggage in the meantime.

Can 14 people really stay comfortably?
Yes: king, queen, two doubles and a double bed in the four bedrooms sleep ten, and the two double-size sofa beds in the living room sleep four more. We never accept more than 14 guests. Note that the fourth bedroom is small and has no window — we say so before you book.
