The apartment

A four-bedroom residence on the 31st floor of Downtown Views 1, connected by an air-conditioned bridge directly to The Dubai Mall. A maid's room and a balcony round out a layout built for families who don't want to leave Downtown.

You walk to the mall, the aquarium, the fountain and the Burj Khalifa without crossing a road. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the building has a pool, and there are two free parking spaces for families arriving by car.
