Monthly stays in Downtown Dubai: a furnished apartment instead of a hotel
A month in Dubai — for remote work, a relocation, a winter escape or a project — rarely fits a hotel. Our licensed holiday homes are rented by the night and by the month: the same apartment, with everything included, no agency fees, no one-year contract, and a team that stays with you.
What is included in a monthly stay
Everything you would otherwise set up yourself: electricity, water and cooling (DEWA and chiller), fibre internet, Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, bedding and towels, a washing machine, free parking in the building, and the pool and gym of the residence. Monthly stays include a free cleaning every week, and we bring fresh towels on request.
There is no deposit on furniture, no agency commission and no Ejari contract: you book, you receive the check-in instructions, you arrive. Dubai's tourism dirham fee and VAT are already in the price.
How monthly pricing works
The calendar on each apartment page applies weekly and monthly discounts automatically — the longer the stay, the lower the night. The same prices appear on Airbnb and Booking.com plus their service fee, so booking direct on russelior.com is the cheapest route for a long stay. For a stay of two months or more, write to us: we can quote a fixed monthly rate.
Working from Downtown
Every apartment has a dedicated workspace and fibre Wi-Fi; the 4-bedroom residences have room for a whole team. Business Bay and DIFC are five to ten minutes away, the Dubai Mall has every café you could want for a change of scene, and the airport is 20 minutes for the Friday flight home.
Visas and the 90-day question
Many nationalities receive a visa on arrival for 30 or 90 days, and the UAE remote-work visa allows a year. Holiday homes are licensed for stays of any length up to and beyond 90 days; we register you with the building for the whole period. Our own rule is a minimum of two nights; there is no maximum.
Which apartment for a month
For one or two people: the 1-bedroom on the Boulevard, or a 2-bedroom Grande Signature residence if you want a second room as an office. For a family relocating: Downtown Views (bridge to the mall, maid's room) or Act One / Act Two. For guests relocating, a few weeks in one of them is a comfortable base while choosing a long-term home, with the two free parking spaces making the viewings easy.
